One of my clients claimed a refund of 1.5 lacks for Ay 10-11, But he got a 30k as refund . We did not get any intimation fr dept so that we can know how they have adjusted the amount ,
How to get the info so that we can go for 154 rectification ?

The process of request for re-sending of CPC-Intimation u/s 143(1)/154 and refund is hosted in 'Services' option of e-filing website. But ,seems, it has not been activated till today. So try to contact over phone.
