shall i remit GST the portion for unregistered good transport agency.
if liable to pay the gst for them , What was treatment, shall i utilize itc.
please clarify

Check it's GTA and issue consignment note.
Then pay GST under RCM and claim ITC.
Then pay GST under RCM and claim ITC.

RCM on transport charges are liable irrespective of Registered GTA or Unregistered GTA subject too you receive Consignment Note from GTA
