RCM and Transporter's bill with ITC

18 May 2023 One bill has been raised by Transporter in my name as below:
12% Purchases 100000
6% SGST output 6000
6% CGST output 6000

How to pass the above entry in tally ? I have to pay RCM on the freight charges 5%.

Debit freight charges 1 lac
Debit GST paid for which ITC to be claimed 12000.
Credit bank account 1,12,000.
