i have 2 questions. 1 )how much amount if Gratuity is tax free ? 2) My last working day in the company is near and at that tine i will have completed 10 years 5 months and 15 days . can i get gratuity for 11 years of service or do i need to extend last working day by 15 days to compelte 10 years , 6 months to get the benefit of Gratuity up to 11 years of service ?
