18 December 2009 Hi Virendra,

Here's what you need to know:

If your existing company already have PF registeration in this case you can only t/f your PF money and can't withdraw.

You can withdraw your PF money in only two conditions as per PF act "In the case of submission of application for settlement under clause (s) of sub-paragraph (i) and in
clause (b) of sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 69 of the EPF Scheme, 1952, the claim should be
submitted after two months from the date of leaving service provided the member continues to
remain unemployed in an establishment to which the Act applies."

or in simple words, you can withdraw ur money only if:

1). you are unemployed since two months after left d job.
2). If your existing co doesn't hav PF registeration number(e.g. working in firm).

18 December 2009 1. Please collect form 19 & Form 10-C (if your services is >6 month but <10 years) from your local PF office after 60 days from the date of leaving.

2. Filled these forms clearly and acurately.
3. your concerned employer will sign the forms with a statement of current contribution (Form 3A)
4. Submit the form to local PF office where your PF account is maintaining.
5. After 30 days your PF accumulation will be cleared.
