I need to make the fee payment for " Modification of Charge" online. Please guide me which site to visit and what steps to follow so that I can make the payment.

Visit www.mca.gov.in click dowload e-forms. select form-8 fill up according to the instruction kit. Digitally sign. upload. At fee payment option select the one of your choice and proceed accordingly.
