25 January 2011 if total payment is made in a day @ Rs44000, but the amount is paid against 6 bills to a same party. but the name on the bills are different.... then will it be disallowed U/s 40A3..??/

25 January 2011 No, this will not be disallowd but also take care that any bill should not exceed Rs. 20,000.
