while depositing the amount greater than the50000 in to an bank account whose pan number has to be mentioned. Is it the person who is depositing or in whose account he is depositing?

The PAN card of the person in whose name the deposit is made. Rule 114B(c) and (j) of the Income tax Act,1961.
In case of Demand Draft, PAN of the person who wants to take DD. Rule 114B(i) of the said act.
In case of Demand Draft, PAN of the person who wants to take DD. Rule 114B(i) of the said act.
