Pl go to https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp
Click on challan no /ITNS 280 Blank challan will be displayed in next screen
Do the following:- 1) enter the PAN 2) enter dummy data's for those column marked with * 3) type the characters of the picture in the column just below the picture. 4) Click proceed. 5) Name of PAN holder will be displayed in next screen.
