I am a it consultant i got a rectification notice against my tds return.. with above error can any body resolve this error...

02 October 2017 IT Professional is covered u/s 44ADA. Presumes the gross receipts is > Rs.50 lakhs is the reason for the referred notice,

02 October 2017 44ADA presumes the gross receipts > 50lakh????????
is there any thing wrong in the sign of "greater than" OR "less than"??????
In fact 44ADA can be made use of if professional receipts do NOT exceed 50 lakh.
