as per section 44AF audit is compulsory under section 44AB if certain conditions exist as per that section and the audit conducted as required by section 44AF is included in the limit of 45 tax audits

Please verify the same, i think audit conducted u/s 44 AD,44AF,44AE are not considered for the purpose of ceiling limit 45 by ICAI...................
