Whether CS sign is mandatory on MGT-7?

MGT 7 certification is not required for small company and OPC. But for other private company , if paid up capital is more than Rs.10 crore or turnover is more than Rs.50 crore , then it must be certified by PCS in form MGT 8.

Sir, MGT 7 for Companies other than small companies also required to be signed by cs and director or PCS

My earlier observation was regarding CERTIFICATION of form MGT-7. But it seems, query is about SIGNING.
If it is so, my answer would appear as follows.
(i) In the case of one person company, small company and Private limited company
( if such private limited company is a start up) form MGT-7 should be SIGNED by
company secretary if such companies have a Company Secretary in employment
OR where there is no such Company secretary by the Director of the company.
(ii) In those cases not covered as above, and in the case of those companies which need not require CERTIFICATION by a Practicing Company Secretary, form MGT -7 has to be necessarily SIGNED by a Practicing Company Secretary.
If it is so, my answer would appear as follows.
