You can trade in any other commodities, even if not mentioned in main business commodities traded in. Just declare 5 main items in it. You may remove anyone from above and add another if it is major trading activity.

Use 2 digit or 4 digit HSN to cover as many commodity as you can. Only main 5 categories to be mentioned. You can deal in more goods than disclosed in registration, there is no restriction in that.
