If the property purchased before 1981 (i.e 1972) then what is the procedure to make valuation of property as on 1981???? by whom the valuation should be made????

01 March 2012 Should you dont have the cost of purchase.. you can rely on the municipal valuation as released from the sub registrar office from time to time as on that year.. this information is generally difficult to obtain. Lawyers are the best source for the same..
