Land lord GST Thresh hold limit is corssing is this compulsory register to GST if land lord is individual also.

19 July 2017 We have pay office rent pm 175000 so our land lard turnover crossing more the 20 laks but he has not charge GST to us is this compulsary to GST register if the individual person also.. please help to us ..

19 July 2017 Landlord has to register, collect GST from you and to pay to govt. If not done, you will have to pay GST under 'reverse charge mechanism'.
