Please advise:- Can a registered (Licensed) manufacturer who do all the process from outside job work by supplying raw materail i.e. he himself does not do any activity except purchase of raw materail and selling the product manufactured from various job workers. Will this manufacturer would be treated as "Manufacturer" under the Central Excise Act.
