Income tax file return file electrnoically for AY 2007-08 & 2008-09 separeatly but signed copy could not reached Banglore centre.Now is there any remedies available for claim of refunds?

No remedy. They must have sent you a reminder on your email id for non receipt of signed copy of acknowledgment. Why you did not sent the acknowledgment then? Your return is now null.
