It refund of deceased person tax liability

As legal heir, I received IT refund (for FY 2019-20) of ₹10000 of my deceased mother in FY 2022-23. Should I report it as my income and pay tax in current AY? If so how and under what head.

If it is reported, declare interest income in your ITR, not full amount.
