30 September 2011 when case studies are to be answered in the paper of law what should be the answer pattern? suppose yes or no /valid or invalid is asked in context to case studies should i directly write the answer starting with yes or no and then provide provisions. or should i start with provisions then the answer including yes or no n then the conclusion? besides, the answer pattern please suggest points i should take note of to score good marks?

30 September 2011 When ever ur answering for a Case Law
1. Facts of the CAse
2. Supporting CAse Law -- SEction No. etc
3. Decision Of the CAse

Facts of the case u need to write the FActs which are appearing in the case

in Second Point u should suport the case by mentioning the recent case law

then U should conclude in the Last para mentioning the decision taken by you ....

For Law Case Laws u can refer RTP And also Refer Practice Manual so that u can understand the way the case law is answered

It would be better if u keep these 3 side headings

30 September 2011 See it is very simple. If you are sure about yes or no than start with yes or No straight away.

You may also take reference from ICAI suggested answers.

All the best
