What is further documentation / requirment after formation of a Pvt. Ltd. company

Hi
Its depend of company to company basis and as per company affairs. I will suggest you to do the following work after incorporation of Company:
1. Print sufficient number of MOA & AOA
2. Print letter heads and other stamps
3. Common Seal
4. Call first Board Meeting
4. Prepare Statutory Registers of the company
5. Others documents as per company requirements.......
