27 November 2018 Que :- Amount of franking to be made on documents like Declaration cum affidavit, DIR-2 and INC 9 while incorporating new company ?

27 November 2018 Stamp paper / franking is not required for the said documents, meaning thereby
can be executed in plain paper.
