We are in consulting & Engineering , we have sent one employee since 3months to South Africa for our business development. Now our HR is saying that to treat his salary as 70% in consultant dollars and 30% is indian rupees as salary.Is this correct to treat if correct how we need to account and how we need to calculate TDS.Please help me out

can anyone help me to close is there any amount we can provide as perdium for employee who is there in US more than 180days is that perdium will be taxable or not
