ANY MONEY RECEIVED BY LEGAL HEIR FROM BHOPAL GAS VICTIM IS EXEMPTED UNDER INCOME TAX ACT. YOU SHOULD SPECIFY THE WHOLE MATTER ONLY THEN ANSWER CAN BE GIVEN CORRECTLY TO YOUR PROBLEM.
