With reference to notification related to filing of online tax audit report u/s 44AB is it mandatory to file from Assessment Year 2013-2014 or else from Assessment Year 2014-2015?
Clarification Regarding Applicability of SA 700 on Tax Audit Report under Section 44AB of The Income-Tax Act, 1961. - (05-07-2013) but this notification as per ICAI says that e-filing of Tax Audit Report is mandatory from Assessment Year 2014-2015, please explain?

ICAI said that SA700 report need not be prepared for tax audit of assessment year 2013-14 meaning thereby report uploaded should be in the existing format of form 3CA/3CB as the case may be.
But for assessment year 2014-15 the uploaded tax audit report should be in accordance with SA7OO for which ,I suppose, CBDT has to amend the existing form 3CA/3CB.
