Return of Income filed online against which recd intimation from Income Tax department disallowing depreciation on assets owned by him since last three years.
The 154 Petition to be file before the concerned assessing officer not CPC. Once the return is processed, the intimation goes to the assessing officer he takes over the charge of the return then.
