Hi, One of my client is having a house property, which he has given on lease basis as below. Rs. 10 lakhs will be recieved from tenant in the beginning and tenant will use the property for 5 years, then the same 10 lakh will be repayable to tenant. no other rentals involved.
Suggest how to consider this transaction in Income tax.
