01 May 2013 I am a company having Service Tax registration for providing Repair & maintenance services. Now the company has to pay service tax on reverse charge basis on Manpower services . So while making payment in GAR 7 which accounting code should be filed? Is it accounting code relating to Repair or maintenance services or Accounting code for Manpower Service?

02 May 2013 1. Amend registration to include 'manpower recruitment/supply agency service'.

2. Pay ST under the code for 'manpower recruitment/supply agency service' which is 00440060.
