IN THE A.Y. 2009-2010 WE PAID FREIGHT TO NATIONAL AVIATION INDIA LTD. ( AIR INDIA ) RS. 1,65,452/- WITHOUT ANY DEDUCTION OF T.D.S. , NOW I.T.O. ISSUED A NOTICE FOR NON DEDUCTION OF T.D.S. , IN THAT CASE WHAT SHOULD I DO AND WHAT IMPACT WILL BE FOR THAT . IT IS URGENT.

Impact of non deduction of TDS is that exps will be disallowed and ITO would raised demand on such exps.
