I am getting income as commission from a firm which I get after TDS , so I wanted to know that if my income is below basic exemption limit of rs.200000 then is there any form available so that no TDS should be deducted by my employer or there is any other way for it.

File form 13 before your income tax officer and get certificate of 'no deduction of tax' from him. Give that certificate to the person giving you the commission for not deducting tax from commission.
you said you are getting commission income so how can you treat that firm as employer. if you received salary than you can say as employer.
if that firm is giving commission to you,so they can deduct tds u/s 194H @ 10%. so they are doing the right thing.you have to do is, file your income tax return and if your income is under taxable limit then you will get all the tds amount as refund and if taxable income then excess amount will come as refund
