form 32/DIN 3

11 December 2009 a private company was incorporated in 1996.DIN-3 was not filed sofar. Now a director had retired and a new director was appointed. Whether we need to file DIN-3 and then again file form 32 or is it ok if we file only form 32 now ?

12 December 2009 Yes, First you have to file DIN 3 than only u can procedd with filing of 32 for retirement/cessation & Appointment

12 December 2009 Since it is a case before 01/07/2007, DIN-2,DIN-3 formalities has to be complied necessarily before filing e-form-32.
