23 June 2009 We have issued Form 16 & Form 16A already , 26 Q , 24Q being filed, some of the employees whose salary is below 150000/- demading for Form16AA , according to the recent circulars Form 16AA is withdrawn , can I issue Form 16AA for Assessment year 2009-10?

23 June 2009 No, because Form 16AA has been omitted from the statute by the IT(Eighth Amdt.)Rules,2009 with effect from 01/04/2009.
