02 June 2009 As per filing system now in vogue post efiling system ,you should submit Form 15G at the time of assessment if called for.If the AO disallowes the interest claimed file application u/s154 for rectification along with form 15G. You will know this after you receive order u/s 143(1) from AO.

02 June 2009 The deductee has to prepare Form 15G in duplicate and give it to the deductor for non deduction of Income tax.
