you will form a huf first you will make a deed of huf on stamp paper of rs.100/- then you will apply for pan card documents are ration card then you will open a a/c in any bank then you will take any gift from yours to see total incme does not excess of rs 150000/-otherwise it is taxable

I Know The Procedural Concept Very Well. But U Have Not Answered My Question that : whether a person who has a daughter and not a son can form a huf or not??
