It is proposed in finance bill 2016 for not allowed Salary and interest on capital to partners as deduction to the partnership firm if the returns for the partnership firm is filed u/s. 44AD of the income tax act.
as the finance bill 2016 passed by the lok sabha, did they passed the same as asked above by me?
