Filing of TDS statement after buying property from NRI who has nil tax deduction certificate

09 November 2023 I have bought a property from an NRI. The NRI has a nil tax deduction certificate from the Assessing Officer, so I did not deduct any TDS.
Do I need to file nil TDS return in this case, or not file anything at all?
