Filing of belated itr for ay16-17 & 17-18

18 May 2018 If any one not file his ITR for AY 2016-17 & 2017-18 on 31st march 2018 then can he file his return thereafter ? If yes, then how much penalty be levied.

18 May 2018 It is NOT possible to file ITR now for AY 2016-17 and AY 2017-18 now...
It can be filed only when notice u/s 148 is issued by the Department
