11 September 2008 F form is used to transfer goods from H.O to branch or from principal to agent and vice versa. If F form is not used for such transfers the deal will be treated as interstate sale and taxed accordingly. For a detailed study pl refer section 6A(1) of CST Act,1956.
For physcial(may be physican) sample also,if the context is the same as explained above, F form is required or else tax will be levied.
