Exemption limit under excise

25 November 2009 Is there any exemtion limit in excise in case of manufacture of
pan samagari pouch(not pan masala or gutkha)containing tobacco,supari,elachi etc of MRP Rs 0.50.
If not what will be excice duty on the above.
