Error in it return filing

While e-filing return of my father(exserviceman), In Part B
under B1 income fm pension is Rs.399756
& B3 income fm other sources is Rs.375731
i.e gross total income is Rs.775487
However, under Part C
under C1 Rs. 150000
under C17 (80TTA)amount to be filled is 9774 but this amt of 9774 does not come automatically under 'system calculated' as in C1... Pls help with reason. Is Rs. 9774 as interest on bank saving deposit to be filled under some other column head?

No need to fill in other column, you are showing the bank interest receipt under other income, you have to fill under C17 Rs 9774.
