Our turnover in 2017-18 for GST period i.e. july17 to march 18 was Rs. 4.8 Cr. but Including Gujarat VAT turnover for April - june 2017, turnover was more than 5 Cr. we want to know that whether E-invoicing will be applicable from 01.08.2023? Please provide the provision in details.

Yes E invoice applicable as your annual turnover exceeds 5 crore for 2017-18.
If you are a business with an annual turnover exceeding 5 crores, e-invoice is applicable, and you need to electronically upload all B2B and B2G invoices to the portal. You need to generate the e-invoice in the required format and upload it to the IRP portal.
