02 January 2016 YOU HAVE TO APPLY PAN CORRECTION FORM QUOTING YOUR PAN NUMBER , BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE DETAILS NAME AND INITIAL EXPANSION AND DOB IS COMPULSORY , IF IT IS NOT THERE YOU HAVE TO DO AFFIDAVIT.
