Hi,
I still not get the proper response of my point query in point no. 1 & 2.
Point 2: Are the events made from opening to closing of a particular financial year to be disclosed? and if made after the ends of financial year, Would it be disclosed?
You have to disclosed following in the Directors Report:
1. Finances 2. Operations 3. Prospects 4. Directors (any changes) 5. Dividend 6. Any Major Change (Capital or any other) 7. Particulars of Employee 8. In case of Listed Company (Corporate Goverernance) 9. Public Deposits 10. Auditors 11. Conversion of energy, Technology absorption and foreign exchange earning and outgo 12. Directors Responsibility Statement 13. Auditors Report 14. Acknowledgement
In case of Listed Company the Director Report is much longer and cover more points.
Directors' Report is related to 31st March of that year only. So the events related to that date are required to be disclosed in the Directors' Report.
Any changes after 31st March shall be disclosed in next Directors' Report.
Further more, changes may be disclosed but with a note that this is current position or upto the signing of directors report following changes were made or like that any note.
