please tell me the diff.b/w term"company" and "body corporate"?
basically i thought earlier that both were same but now i have studied somewhere that
a foreign co.is not a co.u/s 2(10) but is a body corporate u/s 2(7)
it means both co. and body corporate r different terms
plx explain

11 January 2009 body corporate includes a company. It is a broad term.
