Deferred tax

whether Deferred Tax Calculation as per AS22 is cumpolsary for non Performing Company means earlier it was manufacturing but today its not manufacturing Anything but some administrative expenses are there and also have B/F Balances of Unabsorb Depreciation/Business Loss and Short/long term CApital Loss. please advise me

If there is no 'virtual certainty'that sufficient income will emerge in the coming year, no need of booking DTA/DTL and this should be disclosed in the 'notes on account'.

Since the co is non manufacturing, no need to record DTA/DTL
