You will not get the desired name because, as per my understanding, there is a company registered in West Bengal by name SHREE ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED.
As i understand from one of my CA friend that, ROC may not registered with above names, as SHREE is very general word. i need to put either or after Shree, is that correct, pls guide...

Generic word, here,is a secondary issue as far as the 1st name is concerned. Similarity prohibits ROC to grand the first desired name. You have suggested second and third name now only, in reply to the first query, on which I reserve my answer and request you to gothrough http://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/dca/downloadeforms/Section20_21dec2009.pdf

I feel that you have a chance of getting the second or third choice since "engineering" and "chemicals" are very much different and there is no chance of creating confusion in the minds of persons about to deal with the company.
