Death of the Director

07 April 2009 Dear all

I am filing form 32 here one doubt arised that is the company has 2 directors one director died on 09.03.2009 my doubt is 1. which date I mention in form 32 ? (cessation effect date)
2. date of the appointment of the new director? (can I mention the date 15.03.09)
3. when the company hold a board meeting?

can I mention death of the director date or any date (I think 15.03.2009)

07 April 2009 - In case of date of cessation of director will the date of death of cirector as appearing on death certificate i.e. 09.03.09.

- Under regulation 75 of table A, one director can hold meeting for appointment purpose and date can be date following date of death of other director yes u can mentin 15.03.09 but prefferable if put 10.03.09.

- Meeting can be held on any day after 09.03.09 or 15.03.09 also
