22 April 2012
You are holding AGM for what purpose. It is for adoption of accounts and declaration of dividend then how come without audit report you can hold the AGM?
Yes, you can have the date of audit report balance sheet and director report before the date of AGM, because it will be first consider by Board meeting then it will be adopted in AGM by shareholders.
For Example:
Date of Auditors Repor, BS and P& L A/c 25.05.2012 (Board Meeting)
23 April 2012
Agree with Agarwal Sir, You dispatch the notice of AGM with Directors Report, Auditors Report.
Board Meeting to call the AGM is held also to consider Auditor Report, Directors Report and P&l and Balance Sheet so i think it is impossible to dispatch notice of AGM before signing of Directors Reports and Auditors Reports.
