Dear sir..i have a question regarding some of the issue with my friend
For eg...
Mr A holds @70% shares..Mrs A holds@10% share...nd Mr Rk holds 20% shares of a xyz pvt co...
Now there is a conflict between Mr Rk and Mr A.....
So what shall be the steps to remove Mr Rk from xyz pvt ltd..if he not ready to compromise...

No one has a right to remove a shareholder from the Company. Mr. Rk is holding shares in a particular company. It is his property. He can not be removed unless he himself wants to transfer his shares.
