25 November 2011 Is a Private Limited Company Requires Compliance certificate from the Practising Company secretary. If yes, Kindly say the minimum limit of Paid up Capital.

25 November 2011 Ten lakhs is the minimum. Please see proviso to section 383A of the Companies Act,1956 for full details.

25 November 2011 Any Company which has paid up Capital more than 10 Lakhs and less than 5 crore and have not employed whole Time Company Secretary is required to to obtain Compliance Certificate from Company Secretary in whole time practice.
