Our Client recd 25000/- monthly compensation from builder on behalf rent... it's a taxabale or not... fully taxable other income or can i claimed any deduction from this compensation.

If it is redevelopment case with compensation given by builder, then the actual amount of rent paid is deductible. Only excess will be taxable.
